Dr. Jayshree Patel joined NAMSA in March 2025 after the acquisition of WuXi AppTec’s U.S. Medical Device Testing operations. She had been with WuXi AppTec since 2023 and now supports clients as Director of Technical Services, leading initiatives to expand service areas and revenue, with a focus on microbiology and regulatory compliance.
Dr. Patel has developed over 100 test protocols, enhanced CAPA and risk assessments, and implemented environmental monitoring and biosafety programs. Her leadership in establishing microbiology labs and manufacturing facilities, combined with her expertise in regulatory standards (e.g., USP, EP, ICH, ISO, FDA), makes her a key driver of technical and regulatory innovation at NAMSA.
With an MBA in organizational management and leadership, a doctorate in microbiology, and more than 18 years of leadership experience in the pharma and biotech industries, Dr. Patel is a visionary in strategic planning and quality management.
